They always contain two equipment cards (at least one Rare), Gold Chests contain 5 cards (Uncommon to Rare rarity). I would advise new players just to open a chest whatever it is immediately, as this gives you more benefits than not at the start. This list is updated weekly and is posted on the sub forum under a different discussion list. This list is an anomaly as it will only show the codes under specific headers (basically all my lists in one) to make it easier for the "just starting out" players and scripts to run through and grab the loot from them.
